Do you offer pick-up or drop-off outside of business hours?Yes, we accommodate rentals after normal business hours for a nominal fee. Our business hours are Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

What is your refueling/recharging policy?Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is not refueled/charged to the level it was given, a fee of 2x the price of gas/electricity will be charged. Our Quick Refuel & Recharge Return add-on option allows you to return the rental vehicle without a full tank of gas or a full charge for a one-time $60 fee. This add-on is perfect for those who want a hassle-free return process.

Where do I pick up and drop off my car?The pick up and drop off area will be in the Walgreens parking lot located at the pickup address. You'll find it during the online reservation process.

Can I return the car early?Yes, you can return the car early, but please note that rental fees will be adjusted based on the original rental agreement.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept debit cards, credit cards, and major payment methods that are commonly accept through Stripe, our secure payment system.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental?At this time we do not offer additional drivers in the rental agreement.

What is your security deposit policy?A standard $300 deposit will be requested prior to confirming your rental and will be charged on your credit/debit card until the return of the rental vehicle. The deposit will be refunded after the return of the rental vehicle, less any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductible, rental extensions, or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement). Luxury cars require a $500-$1000 security deposit.

I would like to bring my own vehicle to rent out using your company. How does that work?Send us an email to support@royallineventures.com and we'll follow up in regards to setting up a cohosting agreement. The vehicle will also need to have a full inspection done prior to us reviewing it for eligibility.

Do I need my own insurance to rent?Yes, we require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance.

What is the minimum booking age?Our minimum booking age is 21 years old.

What happens if I don't show up for my reservation?If the guest does not show up within 30 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.

Do you allow out of country rentals?At the moment, we do not allow out of country rentals.

What are your rental requirements?A valid driver's license Minimum age of 21 years Liability insurance Credit or debit card for payment

What is your cancellation policy?There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.

Do you allow one-way rentals?No, we do not allow one-way rentals for any of our vehicles.

How many miles are included with my rental?For all rentals, we allow 200 miles per day. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.99 per mile.
